- Does Alphaa Wave impose an age requirement for ordering and shipping products Yes. Alphaa Wave has the right to refuse the sale of products to any person under the legal age to purchase tobacco products/vapor products according to their local laws.Alphaa Wave also has the right to ask customers to provide proof of age and all other information required for PACT ACT compliance.
- How long does it take to process my order once it’s placed? Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of being placed. Most orders received by 3 P.M. (EST) are shipped the same day.
- Where does Alphaa Wave ship from? Alphaa Wave ships from our warehouse in Easton, PA.
- How long will it take for my order to get to me? Once your order is placed and processed, you should receive your package within 2-3 business days for domestic shipping.
- What if my package gets lost or stolen during shipping? If you believe your package has been lost or stolen during shipping, please call the carrier and report it using your tracking number. Next, file a police report. If you are a consumer with a business and/or employees, it is extremely important that you file a police report so you can vouch for your business and the members who work there. - What methods of shipping does Alphaa Wave offer? Our standard and express shipping is through FedEx. We also offer shipping methods through freight forwards and LTL shipping lines. Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Alphaa Wave has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us on our website. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through FedEx. While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
DECLINE SHIPMENT
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call 847 895 7080 mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest

Alphaa Wave ships all orders for free regardless of the size or dollar amount of the order.
DELAYED AND LOST SHIPMENTS
Shipments can experience delays and complications beyond Alphaa Wave control. While we will make every effort to work with the carriers on your behalf to locate and expedite these shipments, customers assume full responsibility for their packages as soon as they have been shipped from Alphaa Wave (FOB Shipping Point). Alphaa Wave will not take any responsibility for lost package or wrong address.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) & COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES
We are not able to provide cod services due to some restriction.Because of federal and state regulations requiring age verification, Alphaa Wave ships to commercial addresses only. Shipments to residential addresses or post office boxes will canceled without warning.
